Ilias Kakis

Born and raised in a sun-drenched Greek island, Ilias grewup surrounded by the wild herbs, citrus groves, and sea breezes of the Mediterranean, where scent wasn’t just part of his life, but a language of memory and meaning.

Before turning his passion into a profession, Ilias built a distinguished scientific career, earning international recognition for his groundbreaking research in skin cancer. But despite the accolades, it was the invisible power of scent that continued to call him.

Driven by emotion and curiosity in equal measure, Ilias chose to follow his heart founding his own company and working independently as a perfumer. Today, as the co-founder of Muskateers, he is on a mission to transform the world of perfumery: uniting some of the world’s most gifted noses to create bold, unforgettable fragrances that leave a lasting impression.
